About Aged for a minimum of two and a half years in oak barrels, 1942 displays a rich and very approachable array of flavors. A wonderful Tequila for sipping neat. The nose is rich and sweet with flavors of vanilla wafer, caramel candy, candied grapefruit, oak, baking spices, sweet agave, and toffee. On the palate, chewy vanilla and oak flavors lead as caramel and toffee support with baking spices and cooked agave, as candied citrus supports. The finish is long and layered with sweeter flavors and pleasant oak, outlasting a slow fade of spice.
