Antigal´s winey gravity-flow system makes posible the exceptinally soft winemaking of hand-salected Malbec grapes from Antigal´s Uco Valley vineyards. The care taken thrugh all stages of the process, from initial cluster-chilling through sorting, maceration, fermentation and barrel aging, produced an unusually elegant malbec with great balance and supple tannins.
